Standing Low Cable Bar Row



Targets the middle back.

Attach a straight bar to a cable of a cable machine with the cable at the lowest level. Face and stand in front of the cable machine. Slant forward up to the point when your chest is facing down a little bit without your upper body being parallel to the ground. Your legs are a little bent. Your feet are at a shoulder width distance from each other. Your arms are straight in front of you, your hands holding onto the straight bar, palms facing up. Your elbows are close to your body. Drive your elbows back up to the point when your hands stop at your abdomen. Pause. Return to the starting position.
