Standing Cable Front Shoulder Raise



Targets the front shoulders.

Hold a handle with your left hand, palm facing the ground. Your feet are at a shoulder width distance from each other and your back isn't tilted. Your legs are a little bent. Draw your left hand upward up to the point when your left hand is at shoulder level. Pause. Return to the starting position.

Switch sides.

Draw your right hand upward up to the point when your right hand is at shoulder level. Pause. Return to the starting position.
