Standing Cable Palms-Down Wrist Curl



Targets the forearms.

There are two ways of executing this exercise: with your wrists bending up or bending down. Attach a straight bar to a cable of a cable machine with the cable at the lowest level. Face and stand toward the cable machine. With your wrists bending up: Your arms are straight, palms facing your body. Bend your wrists up. Pause. Return to the starting position.




With your wrists bending down: Your hands are straight, palms facing the ground. Bend your wrists down. Pause. Return to the starting position.
