Lying Rear Delt Fly
Targets the rear shoulders.
Hold a dumbbell in your left hand and hold another dumbbell in your right hand. Face an incline bench. Lie on the incline bench with your chest resting on or above the top of the back pad of the incline bench. Your feet make contact with the ground. Your arms are straight, pointing toward the ground and palms facing each other. Your elbows are a little bent. Round your upper back. Draw your arms to the side of your body up to the point when your arms are almost parallel to the ground. Pause. Return to the starting position.
