Machine Triceps Extension

 


Targets the triceps.

Sit on the machine. Your upper legs are parallel to the ground and your lower legs are perpendicular to the ground. Rest your upper arms on the pads. Your elbows align with the pivot point of the machine. Your shoulders line up with your elbows. Hold the handles. Don't bend your wrists. Straighten your arms. Pause. Return to the starting position.
