Decline Chest Press

 


Targets the lower chest.

Sit on the decline chest press machine. The bottom of your chest lines up with the handles. Your feet make contact with the ground. Squeeze your shoulder blades together. Your back and glutes make contact with the back pad. Your head and chest are up. Don't widen your elbows. Your elbows line up with your shoulders. Push the handles by straightening your elbows. Pause. Return to the starting position.
