Standing V-Grip Cable Rows



Targets the lats.

The cable is at the lowest level. Stand and face the cable machine. Slant your upper body forward. Your legs are bent and your chest is up. Hold a handle with your left hand and hold the other handle with your right hand, your palms facing each other. Drive your elbows back up to the point when your hands stop at your abdomen. Pause. Return to the starting position.
