Standing Cable Chest Press
Targets the middle chest.
The cables are at shoulder level. Face away from the cable machine. Stand at a distance from the machine with your feet at shoulder width distance and your right foot behind your left foot or your left foot behind your right foot. Your arms are bent and your palms face down. Your upper arms line up with your upper back. Your back isn't tilted. Propel your elbows forward and horizontally up to the point when your hands meet at the center of your chest and your arms straighten without overextending your elbows. Pause. Return to the starting position.
