Pallof Press with Rotation (Cable)
Targets the obliques.
The cable is at shoulder level. Your left side faces the cable pulley machine. Stand at a distance from the cable pulley machine. Your feet are at a hip width distance from each other. Hold the handle with your left hand and right hand, palms facing each other. Your hands are near your chest. Extend your arms. Twist your upper body to your right. Return to the starting position by twisting your upper body to the center, bending your arms up to the point when your hands are near your chest then extending your arms.
Switch sides.

Hold the handle with your left hand and right hand, palms facing each other. Your hands are near your chest. Extend your arms. Twist your upper body to your left. Return to the starting position by twisting your upper body to the center, bending your arms up to the point when your hands are near your chest then extending your arms.
