Cable EZ-Bar Preacher Curl



Targets the biceps.

The pulley cable machine is at a 2 feet distance behind a preacher curl bench. The cable is at the lowest level. Attach an EZ-bar attachment to the cable. Hold the EZ-bar with your left hand and right hand. Sit on the preacher curl bench and face the pulley cable machine or stand behind the preacher curl bench with your feet at a shoulder width distance from each other and your legs bent and face the pulley cable machine. Your elbows and the outer side of your upper arms rest on the pad of the preacher curl bench. Your palms face up. Your arms are almost fully straight. Your chest is up. Your back isn't tilted. Don't move your elbows throughout the movement. Curl your lower arms toward your shoulders. Pause. Return to the starting position.
