Machine Seated Calf Raise
Targets the calves.
Sit on the seated calf raise machine. The pad for your thighs is secured against your thighs. Your back isn't tilted. Your toes are on the pad for your feet and your heels are off the pad for your feet. Lower your heels so that your toes are higher than your heels. Lift your heels and press the pad for your feet with your toes. Repeat.
