Triceps Kickback (Cable)
Targets the triceps.
The cable pulley is at hip level. Your body faces the cable machine as you stand. Your legs are a little bent. Slant your body forward. Hold the cable in your left hand. Rest your right hand on the machine for support. Your back isn’t tilted. Your left upper arm is parallel to the ground. Your left fist is near your chest. Straighten your left arm behind you. Contract your triceps. Return to the starting position.
Switch arms.

Rest your left hand on the machine for support. Your back isn’t tilted. Your right upper arm is parallel to the ground. Your right fist is near your chest. Straighten your right arm behind you. Contract your triceps. Return to the starting position.
