Pec Deck



Targets the chest.

The arms of the machine are at shoulder level. Your back isn’t tilted. Don’t lean forward. Your chest is up. At higher seat level this exercise targets the middle chest. At lower seat level this exercise targets the upper chest. Hands placed lower on the arms of the machine targets the middle chest. Hands placed higher on the arms of the machine targets the upper chest. Your arms are bent. Maintain an arch in your lower back. Bring your elbows together. Pause. Return to the starting position.
