Targets the front of the calves.

Your feet are inches at a distance, your heels resting on the border of a heavy object that supports your weight, the rest of your feet hovering. Grab an object for support. Your knees are a little bent, your toes directed down as much as possible then lift your toes as much as you can, your weight on your heels. Return to the starting position.
