Farmer’s Walk (Dumbbells)

 

 

Targets the forearms.

Grab two dumbbells by crouching on the ground and deadlifting to a standing position. Hold a dumbbell in your left hand and hold another dumbbell in your right hand, arms at your sides and palms facing each other. Hold the handles of the dumbbells firmly. Pull your shoulders back. Your chest is up. Contract your glutes and abs. Don't tilt your back and don't look down. Walk for a distance without slanting to one side. Rotate your direction. Continue walking for a distance. Return to the starting position by stopping your walk.
