Reverse Pec Deck
Targets the rear shoulders.
Bring the handles of the machine to the front, close to the chest pad. Your hands are at shoulder level or higher. Sit on the machine, sit back, and lean against the chest pad. Hold the handles, palms down. Your shoulders have a little bit of internal rotation. Your elbows are pointing to the sides. Push with the outside of your hands out up to the point when your arms line up with your upper back. Pause. Return to the starting position.
