Dumbbell Pullover
Targets the chest.
Hold a dumbbell to your chest as you rest your body along a flat bench with your back facing the bench. Your head isn’t on the bench. Your feet rest on the ground and your knees are bent. Hold a dumbbell above your chest with your palms facing the sky and your palms around the bottom of the top end of the dumbbell. Your elbows are close to your body and your arms are a little bent. Pause. Maintain the small bend in your arms as you sweep the dumbbell in a half circle up and over your head. Pause. Return to the starting position.
