Chest High-To-Low Cable Press or Coastal Cable Chest Press



Targets the lower chest.

One cable on one high pulley machine and the other cable on the other high pulley machine or one cable and a second cable on a double pulley machine that has two separate cables with their own weight stacks. Your feet are staggered. Your elbows are bent, palms facing each other. Your forearms align with the cables. Push your upper arms down and forward up to the point when your arms are straight. Don’t raise your shoulder blades. Return to the starting position.
