Wide Grip Lat Pull Down with Bands



Targets the outer back.

The door anchor is at the top of the door. Secure a handle to each end of the band. Hold a handle with your right hand and hold the other handle with your left hand. Face toward the door. Rest the knee of your back leg on the ground 3 to 4 feet away from the door with the foot of your front leg on the ground. Your arms are directed to the anchor, palms down, back and head aren’t tilted, and your shoulders face down. Hold the handles lightly. Your elbows pull back.
