Standing Triceps Extension with Bands
Targets the triceps.
Face the door and stand 3 to 4 feet away. Bend at your waist, your chest is up, your back is flat. The starting position: Your upper arms are parallel with your body, your elbows are stable, your hands are at chest level, your palms are facing in. Push your hands down to straighten your arms. Return to the starting position.
