Standing Calf Raises with Weighted Vest
Targets the calves.
Wear a weighted vest. Stand on a slightly elevated surface on the balls of your feet with your heels making contact with the ground. Hold onto a stable object for support. Toes straight focuses evenly on the calves. Toes out focuses on the inner calves. Toes in focuses on the outer part of the calves. Raise your heels and contract your calves. Return to the starting position.
