Standing Cable Leg Curl
Targets the hamstrings.
Face a low pulley machine. Loop the ankle attachment around your left heel and hold the low pulley for support. Curl your left lower leg toward your glutes. Don’t move your left upper leg during the movement. Return to the starting position. Loop the ankle attachment around your right heel and hold the low pulley for support. Curl your right lower leg toward your glutes. Don’t move your right upper leg during the movement. Return to the starting position.
