Standing Abs Twist with Bands



Targets the middle abs.

Attach the door anchor at chest level. Clip one handle to each end of the band. Hold the handle with your right hand and left hand. Stand and face the door with one side of your body at a 3 feet to 4 feet distance from the door. Your abdomen is tight and your head and back aren’t tilted. Your arms are in front of your body with your hands close to your chest. Twist your upper body at your waist away from the door up to the point when your upper body can’t turn anymore. Twist your upper body while not moving your lower body. Return to the starting position.
