Single-Arm Cable Lateral Raise
Targets the side shoulders.
The right side of your body faces a low pulley row. Hold the handle of the low pulley with your left hand, palm down. Hold the low pulley machine with your right hand for support. Your feet are at a shoulder width distance. Your back is straight. Pull the handle with your left hand up to the point when it’s at shoulder level. Squeeze your left side shoulder. Return to the starting position. The left side of your body faces a low pulley row. Hold the handle of the low pulley with your right hand, palm down. Hold the low pulley machine with your left hand for support. Your feet are at a shoulder width distance. Your back is straight. Pull the handle with your right hand up to the point when it’s at shoulder level. Squeeze your right side shoulder. Return to the starting position.
