Single-Arm Cable Cross-Over



Targets the chest.

The pulleys are at shoulder level. One foot is in front of the other foot at a distance apart. Your chest and head aren’t tilted. Stand slanting forward and your back facing the pulley machine. Hold a handle with your left hand, palm facing your body. Your elbow is a little bent and your left arm is perpendicular to your body. Rest the fingers of your right hand on your left pecs. Draw your left arm towards your body up to the point when your left hand lines up between your chest. Contract your chest. Return to the starting position. Hold a handle with your right hand, palm facing your body. Your elbow is a little bent and your right arm is perpendicular to your body. Rest the fingers of your left hand on your right pecs. Draw your right arm towards your body up to the point when your right hand lines up between your chest. Contract your chest. Return to the starting position.
