Seated Leg Curl



Targets the hamstrings.

Sit on the seated leg curl machine, your back making contact with the back pad. Set the back pad so that your knees line up with the pivot point. Place the lap pad over your knees and the padded lever below your calves. Hold the side handles. Your legs are extended in front of you and your toes are straight. Bend your knees so that your heels move toward your hamstrings. Squeeze your hamstrings. Don’t move your upper body. Return to the starting position.
