Seated Calf Extensions with Bands or Seated Calf Raises with Bands
Targets the calves.
Sit on the ground or on a different flat surface. Your legs are straight in front of you. Rest the balls of your feet along the middle of the band and hold one end of the band with your left hand and hold the other end of the band with your right hand. Your feet are slightly dorsiflexed. Plantar flex your feet and squeeze your calves. Return to the starting position.
