Seated Back Row with Bands (High)

Targets the back.

The door anchor is at the top of the door. Secure a handle to each end of the band. Hold a handle with your right hand and hold the other handle with your left hand with your palms facing each other. Sit and face the door. Your knees are flexed and your toes are making contact with the door. Your back is flat, your head isn’t tilted, your sternum isn’t tilted, and your shoulders are forward. Your arms are straightened and directed towards the door anchor. Recline until your upper body is creating a 45 degree angle with the floor. Pull the handles back until your hands stop under your chest. Return to the starting position. Hold the handles lightly. Your arms are stationary as you pull. Contract your shoulder blades as you pull the handles back.
