Reverse Fly with Bands



Targets the rear shoulder or rear deltoid.

The door anchor is at chest level to the door. Secure a handle to each end of the band. Hold a handle with your right hand and hold the other handle with your left hand. Face toward the door. Stand 3 to 4 feet away from the door. Your head isn’t tilted, your sternum isn’t tilted, and your legs are a little bent. Your arms are straight and pointed at the anchor and your palms are facing each other. Your elbows are at shoulder level. Sweep your arms back to the sides of your body. Have your elbows a little bent as you pull your arms back.
