Pullover with Bands
Targets the chest.
The door anchor is at a low level. Secure both ends of the band to an ankle strap. Your back faces the ground and your head faces the band that’s anchored underneath a locked door or attached to an object that’s heavier than you. Bend your legs. Your arms are above your head and your elbows are slightly bent, your hands holding the ankle strap. Bring your arms forward up to the point when your hands are at chest level or a little below chest level. Return to the starting position.
