Preacher Curls with Bands (Sitting)
Targets the biceps.
The door anchor is underneath the door. Secure a handle to each end of the band. Hold a handle in your left hand and hold the other handle in your right hand. Sit and face the door, your feet are at a 2 feet to 3 feet distance away from the door. Bend your knees with your feet on the ground. Your arms are in front of you, almost straight, palms up, your elbows staying in place higher than your knees, and the outside of your forearms resting on your knees. Your chest is up and your back isn’t tilted. Curl your arms up to the point when your hands are near your face, your elbows resting on your upper legs higher than your knees. Return to the starting position.
