Neutral-Grip Lat Pull-Down
Targets the lower back.
Sit on a bench. Hold the bar attachment of a high cable pulley machine in front of you over your head, palms facing each other and your elbows a little bent. Don’t bend your wrists. Keep your shoulder blades down. Your back isn’t tilted. Pull the bar toward your chest by bringing your elbows down. Pause. Return to the starting position.
