Machine Triceps Dip



Targets the triceps.

If the handles of the dip machine are adjustable, bring them closer to each other. Stand and rest your palms on the handles. Sit on the front of the seat of the machine so that your back isn’t making contact with the back of the seat while pushing the handles down as you sit. The starting position: Your elbows are bent, your palms rest on the handles, and the handles are elevated. Your body isn’t tilted, your head is up, and your elbows are behind you. Push the handles down to lower them, extending your elbows, and contract your triceps. Return to the starting position.
