Targets the chest.
Sit on the chest press machine so that your upper legs are parallel to the ground and your lower legs are perpendicular to the ground. The handles are at chest level. Rest your head on the pad. Hold the handles, your palms facing down. Your upper arms and lower arms form a 45 degree angle. Push the handles away from you as you straighten your arms. Don’t bend your wrists. Return to the starting position.
