Kneeling Cable Triceps Extension
Targets the triceps.
The side of a bench faces a high pulley machine. Grip a straight bar, your hands are at about a 6 inch distance from each other over your head, palms down. Your back faces the machine. Rest your knees on the ground and rest the back of your upper arms and your head on the bench. Bend your elbows, your forearms directed to the high pulley. Maintain your head near your upper arms throughout the movement. Your elbows aren’t flared out. Sweep the straight bar in a half circle motion up to the point when your arms are parallel with the ground and your elbows are straight. Squeeze your triceps. Return to the starting position.
