High Row with Bands (Mid)
Targets the rear shoulder.
The door anchor is at chest level. Secure both ends of the band with an ankle strap on one end of the band and another ankle strap on the other end of the band. Stand facing toward the door at a 3 feet to 4 feet distance. Your feet are at a hips width distance, your head isn’t tilted, and your chest is up. Slide your hands through the ankle straps so that the ankle straps are around the top of your wrists. Your arms are pointed straight in front of your body, parallel to the ground, your palms facing down. Draw your elbows back, your lower arms and upper arms forming a 90 degree angle. Return to the starting position.
